Do you record video?
No — never. Copple's bot records audio only. Audio is transcribed within seconds and immediately deleted from our servers. Transcripts are encrypted at rest and tied to your account alone.
Will my client data be used to train AI models?
No. Your data is never used to train public models, including ours. Coaching-tuned model weights are trained on licensed transcript datasets from research partners — not your sessions.
Can clients see what Copple has captured?
Only if you choose to share. By default, all syntheses, transcripts, and pulse data are visible to you alone. You can grant a client read-only access on a per-package basis.
How do you announce the bot to clients?
With consent. Copple posts a single message in chat at the start of each session — and you can configure that copy. We will never join a call where consent has not been granted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts, no churn calls. Cancel from your billing dashboard and your data exports automatically.
What's the security posture?
SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and HIPAA-ready. Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Annual third-party penetration tests. Full DPA available on request.
