Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Copple (“Service”), a product of Zyppr (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of client records, notes, recordings, and transcripts you upload (“Coach Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Coach Content solely to operate the Service (e.g., generate insights, send follow-up emails, create calendar events).

3. AI Features

Insights are generated by third-party language models and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it. We do not train foundation models on your Coach Content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) record individuals without their consent where required by law; (b) upload unlawful content; (c) reverse-engineer the Service; (d) resell the Service without written permission.

5. Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days; after that we may delete it.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of Liability

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
