Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Copple (a Zyppr product) collects, why, and your choices. If you have questions, email privacy@copple.zyppr.xyz.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers from Clerk.
• Coach content: client names, session schedules, session recordings (when you enable them), transcripts, notes, and AI-generated insights.
• Integration tokens: OAuth grants from Nylas for calendar/email on your behalf. Stored encrypted at rest.
• Usage data: anonymized product analytics (page views, feature usage) via PostHog or Mixpanel.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Ziina). We store invoice metadata; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

• Operate and improve the Service.
• Generate AI insights (via Anthropic/OpenRouter — see sub-processors).
• Send transactional email on your behalf via Nylas.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Sub-processors

We share data only with the processors required to run the Service:

• Clerk (authentication)
• Nylas (calendar + email)
• Recall.ai (meeting bots)
• AssemblyAI (transcription)
• Anthropic / OpenRouter (LLM inference)
• Ziina (payments)
• PostHog or Mixpanel (product analytics)
• AWS (hosting)

Each sub-processor only receives the minimum data needed for its task, and is bound by a data-processing agreement.

AI training

We do not use your Coach Content to train foundation models. Our LLM providers are contractually prohibited from doing so for API traffic.

Retention

We retain Coach Content for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days for recovery, then deleted within 90 days unless a longer period is legally required.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing privacy@copple.zyppr.xyz. GDPR and UAE PDPL rights are supported.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Data at rest is encrypted by the underlying cloud storage. Access to production data is limited to authorized engineers.

Changes

We will notify you by email before any material changes to this policy.
